Theater Classes and workshops: Enhancing the Craft

Acting classes help with reading comprehension, verbal communication, interpersonal relationship-building, confidence and social-emotional health in youth and adults alike.

Our classes include theater games, work on voice and movement, storytelling, scene work and character development.

All creative writing nurtures the imagination, sparks self-expression, and promotes literacy. But dramatic writing, specifically, allows writers to not only create a world, but explore how people relate to each other within that world, through performance. It’s also an opportunity to collaborate with others to bring one’s ideas to the stage, in real time.
